Did you know that eBill, our online bill payment tool, gives you extra flexibility when it comes to your payment date? You can choose a date that fits best with your budget (on or before your due date), to make your payments coincide more closely with your paychecks. Just follow these simple steps.
1. Visit xcelenergy.com/MyAccount and log in.
2. You’ll be setting up your recurring payment date for the premises listed in middle of the screen.
4. Under “Recurring Payment Plan” click the “+Add” button.
5. Under “Choose Your Payment Time” select the day you want your payment to post (NOTE: If you haven’t added your bank account yet, click on the “Add Bank Account” button).
6. Confirm your action by agreeing to the “Terms and Conditions”.
7. Click “Submit”.
